Original second world war issues of the pictorial illustrated "War Weekly, incorporating War Pictorial". The War Weekly was published in Britain from October 1939 to August 1941. The first 75 issues cost 3d. Due to increasing paper shortages, which finally halted its production, issues 76 to 85 had a reduced number of pages, were only issued fortnightly and the cost went up to 4d.
