Punch was a British publication of humour and satire. It ran from 1841 until its closure in 2002
It was always full of numerous cartoons and illustrations, many of them by as yet undiscovered artists and illustrators. Ernest Shepard (Winnie the Pooh) and Arthur Rackham (Alice in Wonderland) are two such examples. I have a website that deals exclusively in Punch cartoons and illustrations.
